Este Taylor 31 ha sido la casa del actual armador durante los últimos 3 años. Ahora, quiere ir a vivir en tierra otra vez, por lo que vende el barco. Aunque no navega con él, ha ido manteniendo el barco: servicio de los motores, baterías nuevas, etc. En general, el barco parece estar en buen estado, peor para poder navegar, habrá que actualizar el equipo de navegación.
