The Jeanneau Espace 1100 is a great boat to go sailing in all kind of weather, thanks to her double steering positions: one wheel in the cockpit and one inside. She is a precursor to the current day deck saloon models and just like them there is a lot of light in the central part of the boat. Her current owner bought her in 2010 after a favourable survey. Since then he has sailed the boat from the UK to Spain and kept her out of the water each winter season. She is currently laid up on shore as well. Her overall condition seems to be good for a boat of her age, with just some tidying up to be done to have her operational again. The owner is eager to sell this boat and will seriously consider any reasonable offer. British flag. Note: Price not negotiable.
