Broker's Comments
The Westerly Warwick was designed and built as a seawothy, robust and safe family boat for offshore cruising. Today she would be more accurately described as a coastal cruiser, times and standards have changed yet in present ownership this little yacht has cruised extensively in the Bristol Channel and has made passages to Ireland, Lundy, Bardsey, Anglesey, Padstow, New Quay, Aberdovey and of course our local wildlife sanctuaries of Skomer and Skokholm. She has benefitted from new sails and rigging, new upholstery, new standing rigging and ongoing maintenance. She is a much loved yacht and her present owners have kept her up to standard. She is in commission as we speak and only for sale due to her owners desire for a larger vessel. A good recent survey with surveyors recommendations carried out provides good provenance for any prospective purchaser.
