Broker's Comments
A good opportunity to buy a fast, well proven starter yacht. All the basics are there and she can be sailed immediately.
During the winter there are one or two cosmetic and general maintenance jobs which could do with attending to, none of them show stoppers and nothing hugely expensive.
There is evidence of ongoing expenditure and her overall condition is good.(Or put another way, she is NOT a basket case!)
