Broker's Comments
This yacht needs some time and effort to return her to a usable state. She comes with no sails and needs re-varnishing and painting. That aside her engine runs and I have never seen so much space in a 31' yacht. There is the original owners handbook and all the paperwork to back up her past history.
She will make a great project for somebody or an ideal liveaboard.
