Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
About 290 of these 25 footers were built and they have a good owners association. This particular vessel is clean and dry inside with a good level of inventory and equipment. The hull could do with some tlc to give new life to the colour and some of the running rigging could do with a replacement but otherwise she presents well on deck. A recent survey found the vessel to be in good overall condition.
I like the 6' headroom and space provided in the cabin area for a vessel of this size. The cockpit feels roomy and safe and all the lines lead back making it easy to sail short handed.
