Broker's Comments
This boat sells herself, she is the last of the Prout range ever built and what a fine example she is. She has had very little use. She has been fitted out by Gary Chabot Shipwright & Boatbuilders of Newhaven with beautiful light cherry wood throughout, (solid wood, no veneers here). She is commissioned and specified for long term, long distance cruising or could even be used as a very comfortable live aboard, with washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, microwave, bath and even a wet room. All your home comforts with loads of storage space. Dual navigation and autohelm stations inside and out. The lighting system is top of the range with a passage making light facility so you dont lose your night vision. In both aft cabins there are observation hatches/escape hatches where you can view the sea life below. Both aft cabins have large double berths with a writing table in the starboard aft cabin. The main saloon is enormous and well equipped for entertaining.
You won't hear me say this often, but she is probably worth more than her asking price!
