180 HP FORD 2704 ET Diesel Engine

Access to the main living area is through a door located at the forward end of the port-side side deck. A large open-plan space comprising a kitchen, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom is separated from the lounge by a partition incorporating a bookcase on one side and wardrobes on the other.
The kitchen, located in the forward section, is equipped with a 4-burner hob, grill oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator with freezer. All appliances operate continuously on 220 V power. Dining area.
The lounge features a large corner sofa, television, fireplace, and office area. Headroom is 2.20 m.
Continuing aft is the bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom, fitted with a whirlpool bathtub, is separated from the bedroom by a smoked glass partition. Separate WC. Headroom is 1.90 m.
A watertight door in the bedroom separates the accommodation from the engine room. A metal ladder provides access to the wheelhouse.
A staircase leads to the former boatman's cabin, which has been completely converted into a guest cabin. It features a 140 x 200 cm bed and a toilet area with an electric WC and washbasin.
Six 300 W solar panels provide complete electrical autonomy for much of the year. When required, additional power is supplied via the shore connection.
A central heating system supplies the radiators and provides hot water.
A water treatment system using filtration and UV sterilisation supplies domestic water.
