Sturdy GRP construction, with foam sandwich deck for rigidity and insulation. High aspect ratio, hydrofoil section iron bilge keels provide good performance and shallow draft. They also permit her to stand upright securely on a drying mooring or whilst stored ashore.

Broker's Comments
A neat and tidy example of this popular sailing yacht, which provides surprising accomodation, headroom and performance for her 23 feet.
She appears to have been very well looked after and should provide trouble-free sailing for a couple or young family. Now with safety certificate to June 2014 and Broads licence to 2012 she's all ready for the water.
Just been down to take some more photos of this lovely boat, she is now on the water so have a look.
