Broker's Comments
Bought by her current owner in 2000 (the survey is available), she was in good condition then and has since been improved upon. Set up for short-handed sailing, she is ideal for single-handed sailing, but with a good sized cockpit and four berths, she is also an ideal family cruiser. She has been stored ashore each winter and is presented in first class condition. This boat has been viewed and photographed by Chris Allan of Boatshed Essex.
