This a highly personalised vessel into the which the vendor has invested many days of thought to making it the perfect cruising yacht.
Firstly this yacht can be sailed single or short handed with electric winches to do the heavy work and with a wind generator and solar panels to keep the batteries topped up.
Secondly it has a clever sail plan which allows it to be canvassed with her gennaker for light airs or with a stay-sail and reefed main to handle stiff blows and any combinations in between.
Thirdly she is a two cabin owner configuration which generates two benefits. A huge saloon for living space and the space which would normally house a third cabin is configured into a storage and workshop area which give easy access to the ships engine and systems. There is no need to start removing partitions to access vital systems.
At under 12m you will be sailing a yacht with a big feel and small berthing charges.
Finally this yacht was modified for the owner by the manufacturer. It has never been chartered or used except by one loving owner.
