Broker's Comments

This boat has been transformed!

This Picton Spirit 3000 boasts two double berths under the cockpit, a midships double berth and another two forward plus a very attractive saloon makes this design stand out. This is a lot of comfortable accommodation and dining comfort for a boat of this length (as well as reduced mooring costs!).

The current owners have spent a lot of money (circa £21K) modernising her, mainly on upholstery and engineering. There is a superb new cockpit cover complemented by all new upholstery in the saloon and cockpit.

The holding tank has been replaced and 12v batteries recently replaced.

There were problems with the fuel tanks so these have been cleaned out and are currently empty.

Power is supplied by a pair of Volvo AQ231A 190hp petrol engines with outdrives.

She was lifted in summer 2023 for antifouling and anodes and was also professionally polished.

This boat is made for coastal cruising and inland waterways.

Could be amazing accommodation afloat, given the right location!
