The external helm position offers a beautiful 360° view. Coupled with the bow thruster, navigation certainly becomes child's play.
There's a lovely covered aft deck with a bimini (new in January 2020, new fabric in April 2021) where four people can comfortably sit and enjoy a meal outdoors. With the bimini, the air draft is 3.20 m, at window level it's 2.95 m, and finally 2.50 m once the windows are removed. It should navigates effortlessly in both coastal and inland waters. With the bimini up, headroom is 1.80 m.
Access to the boat is via a six-step descent on the aft deck. Here, headroom is 1.94 m. Inside, the boat's salon is bathed in light from its numerous windows. The woodwork and upholstery look to me in good condition, almost like new. To starboard, there's a large sofa comfortably seating five people, a television, and an Aston satellite decoder. Heating is provided by the Webasto Diesel forced-air system.
To port is the internal helm position equipped with a chart plotter and a Raymarine autopilot.
Moving forward, two steps lead to the galley-dinette area of the boat, with a headroom of 1.93 m. The galley to port features a Coolmatic CRX 80 fridge (new in June 2020) operating on 12V and 220V, a SMEV gas stove with three burners, a sink, and clever storage solutions. The dinette for four converts into a bed measuring 190 x 130 cm. Here, the deck hatch opens and can be closed with a blackout curtain or mosquito net. Finally, at the bow, there's a double bed measuring 120 x 220 cm at its longest. Beneath this bed, there's access to the bow thruster.
Returning aft through the saloon, two steps lead to the rear cabin. Immediately to port are the toilet and shower. The toilet is a Jascob (new in 2023) with mirrors, a sink, storage, and a headroom of 1.78 m. Hot water is provided by the engine during navigation or via the 60L hot water tank, which can be powered by shore power (220V).
Finally, to starboard is the entrance to the rear cabin. Here, headroom ranges from 1.82 m at its highest to 1.60 m at its lowest. There's a dressing table to starboard with a mirror and retractable seat, storage, a wardrobe, and a double bed measuring 200 x 140 cm. Here, a side hatch opens and can be closed with a blackout curtain or mosquito net, ideal for staying cool while protected from insects.

Broker's Comments
Dutch motor cruiser Pedro 30 Marin for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present you this Dutch motor cruiser Pedro 30 Marin, measuring 9.10 meters, for sale.
The Pedro shipyard needs no introduction; it is one of the most important shipyards for motor yachts up to 15 meters in Europe, known for its quality construction.
Built in 2005 with the last hull maintenance in July 2020.
Category C navigation vessel, suitable for inland and coastal navigation with its low air draft, bow thruster, and dual helm.
A boat that shines both inside and out, as evidenced by my photos and videos. Thoughtfully designed and equipped, some 13-metre yachts do not have as clever storage solutions as this one. Six berths in just 9 metres length, it has more than one advantage.
A true cozy nest, comfortable and highly navigable!
Our owner told us that the current mooring fee is €85/month, with electricity and water not included.
The current mooring location is not renewable. However, we will assist you in finding the location of your choice to the best of our ability.
