An opportunity to acquire a boat with a berth at one of London's most sought-after moorings at Lisson Grove.

The boat itself is a bit of a project, but entirely habitable in its current state. The CRT mooring is fully transferable, and this vessel could be swapped out for another, larger narrowboat. Current mooring fees are £6,815.

Although the interior of the boat needs a little TLC, everything is functional, making the refurbishment very manageable.

The engine fired up on the button, despite not having been started for quite some time.

The boat was last out of the water in May 2021 for blacking and anodes. the BSS is valid until October 2027.
