The saloon follows the same wonderfully decorated theme and has twin sofas, good locker space and a helm that&#039;s clean and neat and offers great views out of the large windows. She roof has a large sliding hatch and the double front doors open on to a large forward well with table.

		<title>Widebeam 57 x 11.5 Cruiser Stern REF#351227</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 75 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauThis 2006 Widebeam boat has been lived on full time since being bought by the owner. She is now moving ashore but is presently still living on the boat.

The boat needs a little TLC but is a well laid out space with both cabins and the shower room amidships giving the boat a very open, bright forward saloon with access out into the large cratch area. The front zip down window in the cratch cover is almost like a picture window when open and really creates a nice space.

The boat was surveyed back in 2021 and needed some spot welding doing which the owner had professionally done and the boat was blacked at the same time so the boat will need blacking. 3 of the windows leak a bit in heavy sideways rain so really want removing and re-sealing and the engine bay will need cleaning out and re-painting. There is a small hole in the top of the cratch cover caused by a hawthorn tree and some fasteners need replacing.

The BSC was done this year.

		<title>Barge 21m steel barge REF#351111</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 110 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauBoatshed Norfolk are pleased to off this 1995 21m steel houseboat project to the market. she has been started and fitted to a good standard as can be seen from the pictures. She has has the entire interior removed back to the steel and new wood battens, wiring, plumbing, double glazed windows and doors and new wood floors and wall linings all fitted. the galley of fitted as is the palatial heads and large shower compartment. The quality of the workmanship and installation appears to be very good. She has two sleeping cabin. Both doubles. One forward and the huge master cabin aft. The large saloon is all oak finished and has a solid fuel stove fitted and sofa and an amazing double glazed bespoke skylight over letting in tons of light. Blinds are fitted to blank this off of and when required. all the windows are double glazed units. The oak galley is spacious and well fitted quality work and the new looking cooker and sink finish this space. There is a a small cabin / pantry behind the galley with work top and fridge and this too is fully wood lined. The heads is very large and well fitted with toiler vanity basin and large shower all in while. following aft down the portside companionway steps lead up to the large wheelhouse. This can folds down section at a time in its current form but you may wish to have these panel all welded to form a permanent structure. finally aft is the huge rear master cabin which is all lined out and currently used as a store for the parts and equipment that come with he vessel to help finish her. parts include new anodes, hull paint, 10 kw wet type diesel heater unit and much more. The boat has no 12v system fitted at the moment but does have full 240v throughout. The Foden diesel engine I am told does run but ill need to be reconnected and controls fitted as she was registered as a house boat and the mother had to be disconnected . It all looks to be there so should just be a reconnection and commissioning job but you should see to have this formally looked at by a qualified engineer. This is a great opportunity to obtain a huge floating home as its and finish her off to your own standard. or recommission her and make her an amazing touring home. She has a current boat safety certificate to august 2027 and is out of the water at this time.
The owner has now moved to France so the boat is being sold as a finishing project at a very reasonable price for a vessel this size

<title>32m Steel Former Passenger Vessel REF#350702</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 41 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauPhilip &amp; Son Shipyard was one of the first and definitely the last commercial shipbuilding yard in Dartmouth, England. They were responsible for many notable classic motor yachts as well as working vessels and even offshore lightships

This stunning vessel was built to carry passengers, initially on the River Dart close to where she was built and then latterly on the River Severn. Over the last couple of years she has been brought into drydock and completely stripped out and rebuilt and is now awaiting her next call to duty, whether that be a return to passenger carrying or as a floating restaurant or private yacht

All the work so far has been documented and photographed so please get in touch to find out more or arrange to have a look for yourself

<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 82 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauResidential Dutch barge for sale in southern France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this Luxemotor barge for sale with recent survey.

Ideal dimensions for maximum space without the complications of TRIWV or ESTRIN. This vessel has been completely refitted by our very experienced vendor starting with the sprayfoam insulation and finishing with some artistic personal touches.

It’s light and bright with huge headroom and feels nice and solid on deck too with those wide well protected side decks. Throw in the lovely Luxemotor lines and a meaty DAF 1160 and this would appear to be a lot of lovely solid boat for the money.
Recently surveyed (April 2026) all works mentioned by the surveyor were carried out (bills of work available).
