Broker's Comments

This a recently renovated 57 feet liveaboard traditional canal boat in lovely condition, having only had 2 owners from new.
The boat also had a full hull survey earlier this year, which is available.
Access to the boat is into the cratch which has a lovely seating area for 4 people and a small table. (there is also a spare cratch cover).
Walkdown the steps into the living area which has 2 sets of seating, which can either be used as 2 single beds or can also be converted into another double bed.
This area also features a lovely maple finish saloon table which can be easily stored away when not required.
This leads to an open spacious area which has a T.V., DVD / radio entertainment system. With 240V sockets available
On the opposite side of the room there is a lovely oil burner fire with a chimney.
In addition to this, the whole craft boasts a hot air heating system throughout, that can be turned on from the master bedroom.
At the end of the lounge leads into a well equipped galley, featuring a gas cooker with 4 hob burners, a oven grill and separate single oven. There is also a microwave, and an under counter integral fridge/freezer with a nice size work surface on top. with a double 240V socket too. On the opposite side of the galley there is a sink and draining sink which features a double moveable tap beneath an opening side hatch which has been recently resigned. At the end of the galley there is an innovative pull out storage unit which is the full height of the galley. There is ample storage space in this area.
Opening this door leads into the wet-room, with stone tiles floor and half tiled, featuring a full shower, with a moveable shower screen, a stand alone marble basin over a storage cabinet. With also a flushable toilet with macerator plus a heated towel rail. Open the next door and you enter the master bedroom. There is a fixed double bed in here which can be extended sideways if required in order to make it even wider. Again there is plenty of storage above and below the bed, and more storage to the sides. There are lights above the bed and also ceiling lights in this area. The wardrobe at the end of this cabin has a fully plumbed in washing machine with another storage cupboard below and a further wardrobe opposite which has an integral vanity dresser area.
The steps from this room then lead onto the stern platform.
Cleverly, moving these steps forward and moving a panel, gives you direct access to the engine belts.
Up onto the stern platform units onto the right reveal the inverter and all the electrics and key switches.
The opening hatch at the stern drive is extra wide for ease of access. Lifting the engine hatch reveals the Isuzu Marine engine, with no water visible in the engine bay.
On the other side are the brasses which go on the tiller.
This has been an extensive renovation lasting a year including earlier this year the hull has been completely sandblasted and repainted professionally. The exterior has also been repainted, with 14 anodes and re-signed. The tunnel has also just been rubbed down, primed and repainted. Replacement bow thrusters fitted with the easier to use joy stick control.
Finally this boat is ready to move in and live on - with everything you see on this boat is included in the price, including cutlery / crockery / Kettle/ Toaster / Chimney / Anchor /TV / Radio / DVD Player / Tool box / Spare Catch Cover / Spare Prop etc plus lots of additional spares etc in the storage units.
