Boatshed Bristol is live (click here)and at the helm is someone more at home with the icy slopes of the skeleton bob run!

Ant Sawyer is one of Britain's top hopes for a medal in the skeleton at the forthcoming winter Olympics (2010) and is part of the Great British team that is currently at the top of the world leader board. Always good to have an athlete on board the Boatshed.com bus and we wish Ant well in all his endeavours. To see quite how mad you have to be to launch yourself down a mountain at 70mph on little more than a tea-tray, check out the official site British Bob Skeleton Association

Boatshed Bristol will be holding an official launch party shortly so watch this space for further information. The yachting scene in this part of the country is busy with sailing clubs all over the area so Ant will have his work cut out. Ant has always loved the water and is keen to use his sporting contacts to great effect, saying "Bristol is busy with a whole host of young sailors, keen amateurs and passionate enthusiasts and I look forward to meeting them all."
